A CNC part is made from solid stock in the final material, so mechanical properties, thread strength and surface finish match production far more closely. Prints are faster and cheaper for geometry checks but cannot prove a material.
For machined production we run prototypes on the same machines and fixtures as the series, so behaviour transfers directly. For moulded production we machine the prototype and cut the tool from the same CAD revision.
Yes, mutual NDAs are standard and we never publish customer designs without written permission.
3/4/5-axis milling & turning, ±0.005 mm, 60+ materials, parts in 3 days.
3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling for prototype and production parts. Tolerances to ±0.005 mm, 60+ metals and plastics, machined parts shipped in 3 working days.
CNC turning with live tooling for shafts, bushings, fittings and threaded parts. Diameters 0.5-400 mm, tolerances to ±0.005 mm, bar-fed production runs.
Simultaneous 5-axis CNC machining for complex geometry, deep cavities and multi-face parts. Undercuts, organic surfaces and lightened structures in one setup.
Swiss-type sliding-headstock turning for micro precision parts. Diameters from 0.5 mm, tolerances to ±0.002 mm, ideal for medical and electronic components.
