Do you supply automotive customers in the UK?
Yes, the UK is our primary export market. We ship DDP with 3 to 5 day express transit and regularly support UK-based OEM and tier-one engineering teams with prototype and bridge production volumes.
Can you produce PPAP documentation?
We supply the dimensional results, material certificates, process flow and control plan elements needed for a PPAP submission. Full PPAP level 3 packages can be prepared when your quality team specifies it.
How do you handle engineering changes?
Changes are logged against the drawing revision, and we confirm the effect on tooling, cost and lead time in writing before execution. For bridge tooling we use replaceable inserts so changes do not require a new tool.
