Can prototypes look production-ready?
Yes. We machine or print the part, then sand, prime, texture and paint it, and match the colour to your Pantone reference so look-and-feel reviews show realistic results.
How do I bridge from prototype to production?
Typically with vacuum casting for the first 50 to 500 units for market testing, then aluminium tooling for pilot production, then steel tooling once the design and volume are confirmed.
Do you handle packaging?
We assemble and pack to retail specification, including printed cartons, foam inserts and barcodes, and we can ship direct to distributors or fulfilment centres.
