What information do you need to quote a mould?
The 3D part model, annual volume, resin, cosmetic requirements, surface texture and the machine you will run on. With those we can issue a tooling concept and a fixed tool price.
Can you copy an existing tool?
We can reverse engineer from a sample part or from the original drawings, and we design the replacement tool with corrections for the known problems of the original.
How are tooling changes priced?
Minor changes during the trial phase are quoted at cost. Structural changes after tool delivery are quoted per job so you always know the number before work starts.
