Which process removes burrs fastest?
Centrifugal and high-energy tumbling work fastest, with ceramic media for aggressive deburring. Vibratory tumbling is gentler and better for delicate or thin parts.
Will tumbling round off my edges too much?
It removes a controlled amount, so we run samples and measure the edge radius before committing the batch. Where sharp edges matter we mask or process selectively.
Can tumbling replace hand deburring?
For most parts, yes, and with far better consistency. Cross-holes and complex internal features may still need manual attention, which we handle in a second step.
