An enclosure is an assembly project rather than a single part: it involves cut panels, formed returns, welded or riveted frames, hardware, sealing, finishing and often screening or ventilation. We build the whole unit, so the tolerances between mating parts and the finish consistency are managed by one supplier.

Can you design the enclosure for me?
Yes. Send the PCB outline, connector positions and mounting constraints and we will produce a 3D enclosure design plus a costed quote for review before cutting metal.
How is EMC compliance handled?
We add conductive gaskets, screened seams, filtered connectors and ground studs as required, and work to your test house feedback if the first article needs adjustments.
Do you supply complete assemblies or flat packs?
Both. Some customers want a finished unit with hardware and paint, others want flat panels for local assembly, and pricing reflects the operations you choose.

Fibre laser cutting of steel, stainless, aluminium and brass up to 20 mm. Burr-free edges from 0.02 mm accuracy, cut and shipped in 3 days.
Tube Laser Cutting
3D tube and profile laser cutting for round, square and rectangular sections. Coping, mitres and holes cut in one pass without secondary drilling.
Sheet Metal Bending
CNC press-brake bending of sheet from 0.5 to 8 mm. 160-ton capacity, bend tolerances to ±0.1 mm, custom tooling for complex profiles.
Welding Services
TIG, MIG, spot and laser welding of steel, stainless and aluminium assemblies. Leak-tight enclosures, cosmetic welds and welded frames.
Metal Stamping
Progressive die and short-run metal stamping for brackets, contacts and clips. Tooling from 10 days, burr-free parts with tight tolerances.
