Sealed or unsealed depending on application
Machined after coating for critical fits
PTFE impregnation for low friction
On aluminium surfaces that slide, rotate or seal: cylinder bores, valve spools, wear plates and guides. Without it, soft aluminium galls and wears quickly.
Yes, but only on masked or uncoated areas, or by diamond grinding. Because the coating is very hard, we plan the process so critical fits are either masked or finished after coating.
Sealed hard anodizing is used in food processing equipment, but you should confirm the specific application against the relevant standard before production.
Type II and Type III anodizing for aluminium: clear, black and colour finishes with improved corrosion and wear resistance, thickness from 5 to 50 µm.
Glass bead blasting for a uniform satin finish on metal and plastic parts. Hides tool marks, prepares surfaces for coating and gives a premium matte look.
Sand blasting for surface cleaning, descaling and roughening. Removes rust, scale, old coating and oxide before welding, painting or bonding.
Mechanical polishing to mirror and optical finishes: Ra down to 0.05 µm for mould cavities, light guides, medical parts and decorative surfaces.
Powder coating in RAL and Pantone colours: durable, thick and impact-resistant finish for sheet metal and fabrications, from 60 to 120 µm.
