What files do I need for a quote?
STEP or IGES for 3D parts, DXF for sheet metal flat patterns; native CAD (SLDPRT, X_T) also works. A PDF drawing with tolerances and finishes helps us quote precisely, but we can start from 3D data alone.
How fast will I get a quotation?
Within 24 hours on working days — every quote is prepared by an engineer and includes DFM feedback, not just a price list.
Can you ship DDP to the UK or EU?
Yes. DHL, FedEx and UPS express delivers in 3–5 days, and DDP terms mean we handle duties — no surprise customs invoices. FOB is available for customers with their own forwarders.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, mutual NDA before file transfer on request. Designs are stored with segregated access and never published without written approval.
