Can you hold repeatability for fixtures?
Yes. Locating features are machined to ±0.02 mm and verified on a CMM, and we recommend dowel-pinned construction so fixtures stay aligned after transport or rebuild.
Do you supply complete cells or parts?
We focus on the mechanical content: frames, guarding, fixtures, end effectors and covers, delivered as parts or as a bolted-together sub-assembly ready for your integrator.
How do you keep weight down on robot arms?
By machining pockets into aluminium parts and switching to composite where stiffness allows. We can benchmark options against your payload and inertia limits.
