What is a good turned part design?
Keep diameters and thread sizes to standard values, avoid sharp internal corners and specify only the diameters that need tight tolerance. This lets us use standard tooling and keeps the cost down.
Can you produce from bar without a drawing?
Send the 3D model and the stock diameter. For simple spacers and pins we can also work directly from a dimensioned sketch.
Do you do small batch production?
Yes. Quantities from one piece up to tens of thousands with bar-fed turning, and pricing improves sharply above 50 pieces.
