Can you hold tooling for repeat orders?
Yes. Patterns, moulds and fixtures remain yours, stored with the inspection records so a reorder three years later matches the original part.
Do you machine large weldments?
We machine fabricated frames after welding and stress relief, which corrects distortion and creates accurate mounting and bearing faces in the same operation.
Can you supply safety-compliant guarding?
Guarding is fabricated to the dimensions and fixings your risk assessment requires, including interlock mounting provision and polycarbonate or composite vision panels.
