Tube Laser Cutting
Tube lasers cut three-dimensional geometry on hollow sections and profiles in a single operation, so a mitred, coped and pierced frame tube comes off the machine ready to weld. That removes multiple saws, drill jigs and fixtures from the process chain and shortens frame fabrication dramatically.

Can you also weld the cut tubes?
Yes. We cut to weld-ready condition with matched mitres and then weld, dress and finish the assembly, so you receive a complete frame rather than a kit.
What lengths of tube can you handle?
Up to 6,500 mm in a single pass, which covers virtually all machine frames and structural assemblies. Longer parts are cut in sections with connecting sleeves.
Is tube laser cutting cheaper than sawing and drilling?
For anything with more than two features per tube it usually is, because it eliminates separate operations and the fixtures they need. We quote both routes when volumes are high.
