Questions fréquentes
How does glass filling change my part?
Glass-filled resin raises stiffness and heat resistance but reduces impact strength and increases tool wear, and warp becomes more sensitive to gate position. We account for it in the mould flow analysis.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. We mould colour plaques for approval, or match to a Pantone, RAL or physical sample, and hold the masterbatch formulation for repeat orders.
What about recycled content?
Several grades are available with recycled content, and PA and PC recycled blends are widely used for non-cosmetic parts. Tell us your sustainability target and we will quote the option.
