Can you supply biocompatible materials?
Yes. We stock USP Class VI and ISO 10993 rated resins and metals, and supply the manufacturer declarations and lot traceability for each batch we ship.
Do you support design verification builds?
We produce verification and validation builds including pilot moulding runs, so dimensional and functional results come from parts made by a process that mirrors production.
How is cleanliness controlled?
Parts are ultrasonically cleaned, inspected under magnification and packed in cleanroom-compatible packaging. Where specified we segregate medical work from general production.
