Can you leak test assemblies?
Yes, by pressure decay or bubble immersion, and we record the result against the serial number. Where needed we add impregnation or redesign the seal groove after analysis.
Do you machine copper busbars?
Yes. Copper is machined in dedicated cells with controlled swarf handling, then silver or tin plated with thickness verification for contact resistance.
Can you support EV battery programmes?
We produce module housings, cold plates and busbar assemblies, and work with your thermal and safety requirements including dielectric coating specifications.
