Operating as a manufacturer and exporter of CNC machined parts, injection molds, sheet metal fabrications, FRP composites, 3D printed prototypes, vacuum cast urethane parts, and die cast components.

A binding contract is formed only when both parties sign a written order acknowledgment or purchase contract. We reserve the right to decline any order.
7. Pricing and payment
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT, GST, customs duties, freight, and insurance unless the quotation explicitly states otherwise. Payment terms (typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment) are defined in the order acknowledgment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, customers, or data, arising from or related to your use of the site. Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
