Screen print or pad print?
Screen printing suits flat surfaces and larger graphic areas with thick ink coverage. Pad printing wraps around curved, recessed or small parts, so it fits buttons and curved housings better.
How durable is the print?
With the right ink and curing system the print outlasts the product in normal use and resists solvents and abrasion. For outdoor parts we specify a UV-stable ink.
What artwork do you need?
Vector artwork in AI or PDF at 1:1 scale, with Pantone references. If the artwork must align to holes or features, please send the panel drawing as well.
