常见问题解答
How do I choose between 3-axis and 5-axis milling?
Start with the part geometry. Parts with features on five accessible faces or with deep cavities benefit from 5-axis because it removes multiple setups and the tolerance stack-up they create. Simple plates and brackets are more cost-effective on 3-axis.
What wall thickness can you hold?
For aluminium we recommend a minimum 0.8 mm wall and 1.5 mm for stainless and steel; thinner sections are possible but need support and often a finishing pass to control deflection.
Can you machine parts from my bar stock?
Yes. Send us the material grade and stock size and we will machine from supplied or sourced bar, plate or extrusion.
