Sheet Metal Bending
Press braking folds sheet around a punch and die to form flanges, channels, boxes and enclosures. Air bending with CNC backgauges lets us hold angle and flange tolerance without dedicated tooling, so a prototype enclosure and a production batch run on the same machine with the same accuracy.

常见问题解答
What bend radius should I design?
Use an inside radius equal to or greater than the material thickness, and always match the radius to a tool you know exists. Too small a radius causes cracking, especially in aluminium and high-strength steel.
Can you bend without a flat pattern?
We unfold from the 3D model using K-factor tables tuned to our tooling, then verify the flat pattern against the bend deductions. You can also supply a DXF and we will confirm the allowance.
How do you control bend accuracy on long parts?
We use CNC crowning and angle measurement with in-process correction, plus first-article inspection on a granite surface plate for critical flange dimensions.
