Yes, we can prepare AS9102 format FAI reports with ballooned drawings, dimensional results and material and process certificates for each part number.
Can you machine Inconel and titanium?
Yes, using carbide and ceramic tooling with high-pressure coolant and conservative feeds. Both materials are quoted with an allowance for the longer cycle time they require.
Is the work segregated from commercial production?
Aerospace jobs run on dedicated machines with documented tool control and lot traceability, and inspection records are archived against the part number and serial.
