常见问题解答
What is the difference between T1 and T2 samples?
T1 is the first article from a new tool, used to identify tool corrections. T2 follows those corrections and is normally the sample used for customer approval and pilot builds.
Can you supply samples with production tooling steel?
Yes. Where a customer requires full production-intent samples we cut the production tool first and sample from it, which lengthens the schedule but removes the risk of the pilot-to-production gap.
What happens if dimensions are out of tolerance?
We issue a non-conformance report with the measured deviation, propose the tool change and re-sample after correction, all documented against the drawing revision.
