常见问题解答
MJF or SLS for production parts?
MJF generally gives more consistent mechanical properties and a finer surface, which suits end-use parts and cosmetic surfaces. SLS remains competitive for very small batches and offers extra materials such as TPU and alumide.
Can MJF parts be sterilised?
PA12 withstands autoclave cycles and is used for surgical guides and instrument housings. For repeated high-temperature sterilisation we recommend checking our material data sheet.
How consistent is it between batches?
Fusing and detailing agents are jetted in a single pass, so properties vary less across the build volume than laser sintering. We supply build reports on request.
