Can you help with thermal design?
Yes. We machine prototype heat sinks in different fin geometries so the thermal team can compare real measured performance before committing to extrusion tooling or a casting.
How do you handle EMC problems?
We add conductive gaskets, screened seams and filtered feedthroughs, and where needed revise the enclosure with finger stock or a conductive coating. Fast rebuilds are normal in this phase.
Do you produce test fixtures?
Regularly. Bed-of-nails plates, pogo-pin fixtures and alignment jigs are machined and assembled so your production test station is ready with the product.
