Injection moulding presses molten polymer into a machined cavity where it cools into a finished part. Once the tool exists the cost per part collapses, which is why it takes over from machining and casting somewhere between a few hundred and a few thousand units depending on part size.
Tonnage 30–500 t with 1–32 cavities
Hot runner and valve-gate systems for engineering resins
Scientific moulding with recorded process windows
Decoupled moulding for tight cosmetic and dimensional control
In-mould labelling, insert loading and automated part removal

As a rough rule, moulding beats machining above 500–1,000 parts per year for small components and above 2,000 for larger housings. We model the crossover against your actual volumes in the quote.
Yes. Moldex3D flow, cool and warp analysis is standard on production tools so fill balance, weld lines and warpage are corrected in the design rather than at T1.
You do. Moulds are custom built for your part, and we can store, maintain and if required ship the tool to another moulder on request.
Rapid aluminum & production steel tooling, T1 samples in 7–15 days.
Aluminium rapid tooling for 100-5,000 part pilot runs. T1 samples in 7-10 days, production-like parts, and a straight path to steel tooling when volumes grow.
Mould design and manufacture in-house: 2-plate, 3-plate, hot runner and stack moulds in P20, H13 and S136 steel. DFM and mould flow analysis on every tool.
Insert moulding of brass, stainless and threaded inserts, bushings, magnets and metal frames. Load-rated threads and metal-plastic joints without assembly.
Overmoulding and two-shot moulding of soft-grip TPE/TPU over rigid substrates, plus sealing rings and multi-material parts in one production flow.
